The toolkit is based on the idea to create a social innovation platform as a process of social interactions and  design-thinking between individuals to reach certain outcomes. It acts as a strategic design tool to educate, train and sensitise employees such that it can eliminate and prevent Sexual Harassment from occuring. It also allows employees to make their own policies in their workplace. The research and design was conducted over a period of 14 weeks.
